Systematic checks of the gears, derailleur, brakes, wheels and frame. Everything must work correctly.
Packing for transport
Careful packaging designed for safe transport. The bike is protected against shipping damage.

Tracked, insured shipping. If anything happens in transit, we handle it for you.

A statutory two-year warranty applies to all bikes and components. Selected brands provide additional protection directly from the manufacturer.

Common questions
All shipments are insured. Please report transit damage within 48 hours and we will handle the claim for you. You do not need to deal with the carrier yourself.
All bikes and components have a statutory two-year warranty. Specialized also provides lifetime frame, fork and Roval carbon wheel coverage for the original owner. See the Warranty section for details.
Yes. You have 14 days to return it without giving a reason under European legislation. Return the bike undamaged; return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
Yes. We are an authorised Specialized, Kellys, Kross and Author dealer. We source directly from distributors, with no second-hand resale or grey imports. Every bike has its full manufacturer warranty.
