SECURE: Tero has anti-theft on lock. Thwart would-be bike thieves by disabling the motor with a press of a button so nobody can turn the motor back on without your personalized pin. For additional protection, lock the battery in the bike or take it with you to make bike thieves miserable.

How preorders work

A preorder reserves an available allocation with the supplier. After you place your order, we will send payment details and confirm your preorder once payment is received.

The delivery date is an estimate and may change according to the manufacturer’s or supplier’s schedule. If delivery is significantly delayed, we will let you know so you can decide whether to continue with your preorder.

You can cancel your preorder before the bike is dispatched. If you have already paid, we will refund you without undue delay. This does not affect your statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods.

What happens after you preorder

1.You receive order confirmation and a proforma invoice with payment details.
2.Once payment is received, we confirm your allocation with the supplier.
3.We will email you as the production or dispatch date approaches.
4.The bike undergoes final inspection and professional assembly at our shop.
5.We dispatch your bike using your selected carrier. Your statutory 14-day withdrawal period begins when you receive it.

Price and specifications. The preorder price is valid when you order and will not increase after confirmation. If the manufacturer changes minor technical specifications during the season, such as an equivalent or higher-level component, we will notify you in advance. If you do not agree, you can cancel the preorder and receive a refund.
