COMFORTABLE AND CONFIDENT: Both body position and handling are optimized to deliver everything the rider needs: comfort, confidence, and control. Reign in your speed with hydraulic disc brakes and stay in control with larger tires that offer more traction for turning and stopping on any terrain.

TURBO: The heart of the Tero is its Turbo technology. The advanced and integrated electric bike system delivers an unequaled combination of power, natural feel, anti-theft functions, training tips, a full-function bike computer, and more.

SECURE: Tero has anti-theft on lock. Thwart would-be bike thieves by disabling the motor with a press of a button so nobody can turn the motor back on without your personalized pin. For additional protection, lock the battery in the bike or take it with you to make bike thieves miserable.

Vous pouvez annuler votre précommande avant l’expédition du vélo. Si vous avez déjà payé, nous vous rembourserons sans retard injustifié. Cela ne porte pas atteinte à votre droit légal de rétractation de 14 jours à compter de la réception du bien.

Après votre précommande

1.Vous recevez une confirmation de commande et une facture pro forma contenant les coordonnées de paiement.
2.Dès réception du paiement, nous confirmons votre allocation auprès du fournisseur.
3.Nous vous écrirons à l’approche de la date de production ou d’expédition.
4.Le vélo fait l’objet d’un contrôle final et d’un montage professionnel dans notre magasin.
5.Nous expédions votre vélo avec le transporteur choisi. Votre délai légal de rétractation de 14 jours commence à sa réception.

Prix et caractéristiques. Le prix de précommande est celui applicable lors de la commande et n’augmente pas après confirmation. Si le fabricant modifie légèrement les caractéristiques techniques en cours de saison, par exemple en remplaçant un composant par un équivalent ou un modèle supérieur, nous vous en informerons au préalable. Si vous refusez, vous pourrez annuler la précommande et être remboursé.
