The star auction — simply explained
Unlike a normal auction, where the price goes up, our auctions move through three clear phases: Falling, Frozen and Battle. You can always see whether it pays to wait, act now or expect pressure from other buyers.
We pick a premium bike
Every product at HPM Sport is new and genuine. Full specifications, photos and size are all described up front. No surprises.
We set the starting price
The auction starts at the recommended retail price. From there the Falling phase begins: the price drops at regular intervals and you can follow the changes in real time.
The price drops step by step
In the Falling phase the price drops regularly. The longer you wait, the less you may pay — but the chance also grows that the auction moves into the frozen phase or that a faster buyer beats you to it.
When frozen or in a battle, speed decides
As soon as the current price suits you, click Win auction. If the auction is in the Frozen phase, the price stops falling and the first completed purchase wins. If a Battle starts, activity from other buyers can push the price back up.
What happens after you buy
We do not just forward boxes. Every bike goes through a complete process — from intake to insured dispatch.
We assemble and check
Complete professional assembly — handlebars, wheels, brakes. A systematic check before the bike leaves the workshop.
Packing for transport
Careful packaging designed for safe transport. The bike is protected against shipping damage.
Insured dispatch
Insured, tracked shipment. Delivery within 1–3 working days of dispatch.

After your purchase you will receive a proforma invoice with bank transfer instructions. Once we receive your payment, we will send you a tax invoice and shipping details.
We dispatch bikes within 3 working days of receiving payment. Carrier delivery within the Czech Republic usually takes 1–3 working days.
Yes, under consumer protection law you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. The bike must be in the condition in which you received it.
